Robert C. Angell has practiced public and private sector civil, criminal, and administrative law in the courts and agencies of Ohio and Colorado and federal courts since 1993. As a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, Mr. Angell represented cabinet-level state agencies, licensing boards, and state officers and employees in various civil and administrative cases and appeals. In private practice, he represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas including professional licensing, employment matters, real estate, probate and estate, elder law, family law, and recreational law. Mr. Angell is an administrative hearing examiner for the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, and the Ohio Department of Agriculture. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Climbing Wall Association, Inc., an industry trade association representing manufacturers and operators of recreational climbing facilities. In that capacity, he advises the Association and its members on legal, regulatory, and risk management issues. Mr. Angell holds bachelors and masters degrees from The Ohio State University and earned his law degree with honors from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
